SPORT:

A. Front Squat (5 x 5 @ 78%)

GRIND:

A. FFE SPLIT SQUAT (3 x 10 each leg)
Split Squat with front foot elevated

SPORT & GRIND:

B. With a partner, one person biking at all times, complete:

AMRAP x 16 minutes

PART A:

run 200 meters
kb swings x 15 reps

PART B:

bike for calories

score = calories
partners alternate stations A and B after each time one athlete completes Part A.
