Every 3:30, for 21 minutes (6 sets)

4 Muscle-ups
8 Deadlifts, 60% of 1RM
12 Toes to bar

GRIND:

Every 90 seconds for 24 minutes (4 sets)

pull-ups x 10 reps
death march x 16 steps
dead bugs x 20 reps
hip thrust x 12-15 reps

GRIND & SPORT:

8 sets
:20 sprints
:40 rest
