A1. Farmer’s Carry (2 x 100 m each arm)

A2. Single Arm Upright Row (4 x 6 each arm)

B. With a partner, one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 21 minutes of:

row 500/400 m, alt. every 250/200
burpees x 60, alt. every 10
double-unders x 120, alt. every 30
pull-ups x 60/40 alt. every 10/5
