fat bar glute bridge
banded pull through
hollow body hold

B. GRIND:

4 rounds

In 3 minutes:

14 reverse lunges
200 meter run
max burpees in remaining time

rest 3 minutes

add difficulty to the lunges by holding a sandbag on your shoulders or holding a kb suitcase style in one hand. Switch hands after 7 reps.

SPORT:

4 rounds

In 3 minutes:

10 power cleans
200 m run
max burpees in remaining time

rest 3 minutes

loading- 70% of clean
