Join a group of high level athletes that have competed in the 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 CrossFit Regionals as well as the 2011 CrossFit Games.

While everyone can benefit from working out regularly in our 1-hour classes, this program is designed for athletes looking to be competitive at a high level. Training sessions will consist of high-volume, high-skill workouts.

What will the programming look like?

  • You will follow a 3 on / 1 off, 2 on / 1 off weekly programming schedule
  • Most sessions will include multiple components (strength, skill, metcons, etc.) and will take 1.5-2 hours to complete
  • Some days there will be an AM and PM session programmed but can be modified to fit into one longer training session for those who cannot do a two-a-day.

Each athlete receives:

  • An initial evaluation of training strengths and challenges, diet/supplement regimen, etc.
  • Discount on supplements we carry
  • Opportunity to submit training videos to program directors for critique
