even- :20 of push-ups

rest 3 minutes, then

C. AMRAP x 5 minutes

run 400 meters
wall ball shots in remaining time

MONDAY ENDURANCE 07/13/15

10 rounds

10 lunges
10/5 push-ups
10 squats
150 meter run
