Half kneeling banded lateral chop

1 x 10 (each side)

A2. FLOOR ANGELS (complete between sets of squats)

3 x 20 (hold 2.5# plates or unweighted)

B. Back Squat 4 x 4 (7-8RPE)

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
