A. Push Press (Find a 2rm)
Find a 2rm, then AMRAP at -15%

B. EMOM x 16 minutes

:30 work
:30 rest

min 1- slam balls
min 2- burpees
min 3- ab mat sit ups or v-ups
min 4- handstand push-ups or wall walks
