A. EMOM x 10 minutes

minute 1- 15-20 ub kettlebell swings (choose a kb that you can swing for 20 ub reps)
minute 2- 10-15 burpees

rest 6 minutes between metcon 1 and metcon 2

B.

5 sets (15 minutes)

:60 bike
:30 rest
:30 double-unders
:60 rest
