A. 3 x 10, each side

half kneeling landmine press
landmine bent over row

B. AMRAP x 10 minutes

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10 burpees

SPORT:

A. Push Press (4 x 5 @ 80%)

B. 100 thrusters, 95#/65#

Every minute, on the minute, 5 burpees.
